Description of Service
RipAlert monitors retail websites for product availability and sends alerts to registered users. We do not guarantee product availability or successful purchases.
No Guarantee of Alerts
While we strive for fast and accurate alerts, we cannot guarantee that every restock will be detected or that products will still be available when you receive an alert.
Not a Purchasing Agent
RipAlert does not purchase products on your behalf. We provide information only. All purchases are made directly with retailers.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use RipAlert to automate purchases, create bots, or violate any retailer terms of service.

Limitation of Liability
RipAlert is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed alerts, sold-out products, or any losses from using this service.
